Peruvian Daffodil

Appearing this week...one of my favorite garden blooms...peruvian daffodil! I don't remember where I got these but I just love them! They are so elegant and take no work at all, dying back each fall and coming back without fail each spring.
Another exciting appearance this week...corn silk peaking out on the corn stalks!

I saw my first corn silks this morning, too. Clear over here in the midwest... Very exciting time in the garden.

That is really an unusual daffodil, but very pretty! I am happy about your corn. I can no longer grow it because of space issues, so I miss it!

Hey, I think that peruvian daffodil is the same as my spider lily, which is no work at all,and easy to divide. that corn looks lush and enticing.

Connie and Nicole...the peruvian daffodil is the same as the spider lily!...it's Hymenocallis narcissiflora.
