Fairegarden is so right to appreciate your description of that "horrible rip-off-the-bandaid moment of departures" - but it's worth the pain just to have those visits!

Austin's own VBDB of the Playing Outside garden blog gave me a 'Flawless' rose last spring. It isn't blooming, but it survived the summer of hell so there is hope.

Oh that's a great photo! We like saying fairies welcome just like in a certain fairy movie we've enjoyed. Soph was a little sad to leave "her" fairy but we agreed she should start out at the castle. And it was amazing food! Thanks for having us and sorry for ripping the bandaid. Gotta watch for cheap flights and I'll bring just the kids and me soon...
